Cafe Emilia was opened by businessmen Joe Natale and Frank Cotroneo.

"It was always a dream of mine to own a restaurant and name it Cafe Emilia after my mother", says Joe Natale, owner of First United Mortgage, Kenilworth.  "I knew I wanted to create the best restaurant with the best food".
